There is always something happening, right? Almost every company faces different challenges: whether it has an ambition to improve service, increase revenue, increase production, or combine analogue and digital processes. Most of the time projects are running in parallel.

But 70% of the change projects usually fail in the initial phase. Why?

The projects are often structurally perfect, but the experiences and attitudes of the individual employees are rarely taken into account or their importance is underestimated by those responsible.

This means that change does not fail because of the lack of technology and process but rather when the human and especially the emotional aspects are not connected to the project. For example, when fears, uncertainties and resistance come to the fore.

  1. Everyone in our team has more than 17 years of individual practical experience across different disciplines. We know and can support you effectively in most situations.
  2. We CHALLENGE! This is where we start. You may have a different perspective on the opportunities and risks relating to your organisation. We believe that it is important to first analyse exactly where you currently are, and only then, to develop a process of change. We require eight to twelve in-depth interviews with your people connected to the current situation in order to build the platform of our customised, practical solutions.

From years of experience we know that it is important to first analyze exactly what the company’s current situation is and then develop our individual approach for your organisation.
